WHO is Chris Ashford and WHAT do I get in this FREE Guide?

Hi, I'm Chris Ashford, your Transformation coach. Over the last 4 years I have re-built my body going through round after round of transformation, improving my fitness and physique time and time again. Trust me when I say it's not the easiest process to go through, yet it is one of the most challenging and rewarding things I have ever put myself through!

Now that I have left the British Army I am dedicated to helping as many people as I can start their transformation journey. I go through process week after week with my clients as a Personal Trainer, and I (like many successful people in todays world...) have my own coach and trainer who keeps pushing me to new heights of physical and mental fitness.

Over the years I have noticed similarities in my own journey and those of my clients, whether they have different starting points and different goals for themselves, there are many steps we must all take as go through this journey together. That's why I pulled the guide together, to help people get started on their journey, take the right steps and have the confidence they are following the path of many who have succeeded before them.

Yes there are many places you can find this information on the internet, some of it conflicting and confusing, some of it even harmful. That's why I offer my guide for FREE to anyone who is looking to take action and get the best results from their transformation journey. SO, what can you expect from this guide.....
  •  Deep Dive into what fuels your body: Before you can start on your transformation you need to truly understand what demands your body has now and what is fuelling that. There are many who try reducing their food intake to early without understanding what this means, and while this can produce the desired results in the first one or two weeks it can be very hard to maintain long term for consistent results. We need to look first at what your body and your life style requires today so we can control the approach and changes through out your transformation journey.
  • Understand your macros!! This can be the single biggest impact on your body. We need all three macros on a daily basis, and yes that probably includes more carbs and fat than you expect. The reason for this is our body needs a good mix of all three macros to properly fuel ourselves on a daily basis as well as recover from exercises. There are many competing processes going on within our body on a daily process, not just muscle growth or fat storage, this is why it is vital to understand how much of each macro your body needs BEFORE we can start planning out how to burn fat and build muscle over a period of time. But don't worry...I like to give my clients "Nutritional Freedom" as long as you stay within your macros you can enjoy the foods you like and make you feel good.
  • Combine the right type of exercises: There are many mis conceptions on what type of exercises are "best" for burning fat, or if lifting weights whilst eating protein will make you "get bulky" (..if only building muscle mass was that simple...). The truth is we need to build a strong body, develop muscle that works for us and helps us push from level to the next time and time again. We also need to challenge the body to use up our existing fat storage and get that heart rate up. That's why we combine various exercises to optimise our results. Don't worry, there's no extreme dead lifting or pro longed period of dull cardio, our journey will take us on quite a mix.
  • Get your weekly routine RIGHT!! To get the results you want we need to pair your macro intake with a weekly routine that will continue to challenge you. We can't achieve everything at the same time, whilst similarly your body will become accustomed to your routine if we don't keep challenging ourselves. This is why my guide has a section dedicated to how I split the journey into 3 phases and most importantly when to rest! When we challenge our bodies we prep the body to grow, when we rest and consume our macros that is when our bodies grow! Get these two steps paired together properly and you will have a rewarding transformation journey...I guarantee it!
