Hi, I'm Chris Ashford, your Transformation coach. Over the last 4 years I have re-built my body going through round after round of transformation, improving my fitness and physique time and time again. Trust me when I say it's not the easiest process to go through, yet it is one of the most challenging and rewarding things I have ever put myself through!
Now that I have left the British Army I am dedicated to helping as many people as I can start their transformation journey. I go through process week after week with my clients as a Personal Trainer, and I (like many successful people in todays world...) have my own coach and trainer who keeps pushing me to new heights of physical and mental fitness.
Over the years I have noticed similarities in my own journey and those of my clients, whether they have different starting points and different goals for themselves, there are many steps we must all take as go through this journey together.
